The session was meant to create awareness on how to manage a cardiac arrest. The event was attended by 35 teaching staff. Participants were made aware of the difference between a heart attack and a cardiac arrest as well as easy steps to save a victim from a cardiac arrest. The training session included ways to perform hands only chest compressions and how to administer life saving shocks via an AED machine. The session concluded with a Q&A in which participants clarified doubts and got their queries answered.
